Entrust your security or building management to Afritron and  your project will be handled proficiently and professionally, from beginning to end

We are not a simple supplier of hardware, but a dedicated solutions provider and, as such, our task begins with a thorough analysis of both the client’s needs and all of the resources that we shall require to satisfy them.

With a detailed plan in place and deadlines finalised, the project is then commenced and will be undertaken in collaboration with the client throughout, setting standards and implementing any proposed variations as agreed upon.

Once completed, the Afritron team undertakes an intensive regimen of testing and snagging prior to the final system commissioning. This is followed by thorough training of the client’s nominated operators, after which all of the relevant documentation, including user manuals and service level agreements, are provided at handover.

It is our firm belief that a job is only complete when our clients are satisfied that we meet both with their expectations and with our promises.

Our insistence upon meeting and exceeding such expectations has been the main driver of our success. It is also the reason why we are entrusted with the security and building management requirements of so many of Africa’s most prestigious companies.

The explanation lies in our meticulous attention to detail at each stage of the installation, prior to submitting it for sign-off, and ensuring that commissioning is undertaken only by properly certified technicians. To ensure continued satisfaction, we conduct comprehensive on-site training of all proposed operators. This is backed by the supply of comprehensive user and maintenance manuals, detailed, as-built diagrams and mutually-agreed proposals for continuing service level agreements, as standard in the completion and handover process.
